Hi, my name is Christel Senger and I run my own virtual assistant business here in Bloubergstrand. I started my career as a security guard and progressed from there to the cash office at the Cape Town City Council, where I became really interested in computers and figures. When I left, I took a Microsoft Office course and passed with 97%.

I have worked in various industries including refrigeration, electrical, wholesale, retail, hospitality and agriculture. I progressed from admin clerk to wage clerk doing Access Wages and then Donkerhoek Data Wages. Today, I use Talypayroll; an online salary programme, which gives my clients access to their salary systems whenever they need it. I also offer financial services; all accounting is done on Pastel, IQ 2000 and Donkerhoek Data.

The whole idea behind Zerenity Consulting is to make it easier for clients to access their own data so that they can have a clear idea of what is going on at any stage of the proceedings without having to pay exorbitant fees.
